I apoligise if this is a common problem but I haven't been able to find a solution.

I've just downloaded the new on demand launcher, and it won't load, it verifies, then simply says eve online error, with the options of either opening the console or terminating it.

I've also tried the normal launcher, it is stuck at the same download point and becomes unresponsive after opening.

I have just purchased a subscription and have been genuinely excited, to not be able to play would be quite upsetting at this point.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
