Is there anything (thats withhin CCP EULA) that can notify me if an item I have a buy or sell item listed changes?

Just so I don't have to manually check every order I have.

Not exactly.

Though you could use something like Eve Mentat (app), or Eve-marketdata (site with uploader app) and an in game browser page to keep an eye on your prices, if you're in the same region.
