Hi MD!

It has been nearly a year since my last loan was completed successfully, and I am back again to ask for extra capital to fuel my summer industrial activities. This loan, like the last three, will fund the purchase of raw materials used in my current production lines. I have some very profitable items sitting idle while my sell orders complete, and I would like to get them moving right away.

The main reason I would like to borrow these funds is because my liquid ISK makes up only ~4% of my total net worth. Most of my wealth is tied up in needed raw materials. This has been a constant issue from the beginning, but scaling up the size of my production batches and expanding into more high-tier items continue to make it a challenge to keep all my best items stocked. For example, just 2 of my items take nearly 5B total materials to keep stocked. A new item I have ready to produce needs another 2.5B of new material purchases to get moving.

I would love to have you as an investor in this latest loan, Goat 4 [G4]! If you wish to fill a partial amount of the total loan, please post your desired investment amount in increments of 500 million ISK. ISK may be sent immediately as long as you 1) post how much you are sending first and 2) there is still an unclaimed portion of this loan remaining.

Purpose of Loan
Purchasing materials for T1/T2 production.

Default Prevention
In the event of a cataclysm, loan principal will be repaid by liquidating some of the following from my warehouse (my assets are currently valued at 21B):

PI Materials
T2 Components and base items

Outstanding Debt
None

Debt Expansion
I will not incur any more uncollateralized debt until this loan is repaid or permission is granted by all investors. I reserve the right to take out additional fully-collateralized loans if I so desire.

Simply because it would be nice to see just one other person continue a series of uncollateralised bonds for a period of more than half a year :)

I have now received ISK from all investors except for Maxamilia, who said she will be sending today. Original post has been updated, and you all can expect your first interest payment on July 10. The 2nd interest payment and the original principal will be repaid by August 10.

Time to go toss this dosh into the forges. :D

I know it is a bit early, but I have gone ahead and distributed the first interest payments to all four investors as of 2015.07.05 23:42 UTC. I have a fun & busy week coming up IRL, so I wanted to get it taken care of. You should each have a 60 million ISK payment in your wallet.

My EVE dealings are going swimmingly for the most part. I sold out of everything over the last few days and have more stock becoming available over the next day or two. I broke a few personal records, such as an all-time high of 4.8 billion worth of goods being manufactured at one time.

Within a week or two, I expect to reach a milestone of 30 billion net worth!

I experienced my first major let-down on a PUSHX courier contract that resulted in an additional 6-7 day delay on some important manufacturing processes. :( Given the frequency and size of my courier contracts, I am exploring the idea of using the public contract system to hire freighter pilots in the future.

As of 2015.08.10 01:10, each of the four investors in this loan have been paid all principal and interest still owed. Thank you for partnering with me!

My NAV is still hovering around 30B, due to immature, large investments in new T2 production lines. Included in them will be some of my first-ever T2 ship hulls for sale! The profit projections on some of these are not overly dramatic, but successfully producing items in this category has been a long-awaited milestone for me.

Thanks to some helpful advice in another thread, I have streamlined my transportation logistics to get my materials and products shipped more quickly, cheaply, and with minimal risk.

I may be exploring the secured loan market sometime in the next year, using a third party to hold and research expensive BPOs as a unique way to boost my wealth growth over time. I still have more research to do on the pros and cons of such a strategy.
