On TQ after the last patch, any item or player we use show info on, shows the info window in top left corner.
Dragged and re-sized in the middle of the screen, and on next show info its in top left corner in small size.

Currently resets on agents, players, any item or ship.

Cache cleared and no help.

Well, it was "fixed" long time ago. As usual, delete cache and kill all settings. Just backup settings first, just in case.
