You can form a gang and venture to space where people who are known to honour arranged fights can be found. Say hello and challenge them.

I know that Agony occasionally does it. Tuskers are also known for honouring 1v1, I suppose they can be interested in larger formats like 5v5.

Now, I cannot speak for them obviously, but there are stories and videos that suggest some PvP corps don't mind participating in small arranged fights.

Arranged fights are quite common in lowsec. I know for Shadow Cartel, as well as a few other entities in lowsec will generally honor arranged fights. The only time SC will break the agreement to an arranged fight is if the other side breaks it first if it will result in a lot of losses. In the last 2 months we've only had one person break their agreement and bridged in several bhaalgs, vindis and two dreads. So we escalated far above that and just decimated the grid. Ever since then we wont make arranged with that group and we just out and over-ship every time they field BCs or bigger.

So, my tip is IF you make an arranged fight with a (lowsec) group and you feel you're going to lose after starting the fight. Just bail. It is more respectable than just escalating and will hold more weight with FCs in the future. We all like good fights.

Also, keep in mind. Not all arranged fights go to plan. Universe-wide roaming groups like Pandemic Horde, Bombers Bar, Spectre fleet, Waffles and such. They will come and third party and just start free-shooting everyone. So, sometimes that happens but other than that. Several lowsec groups honor them.
