10b and I'll resub my other toons and bring you 10b-plex-transport fee worth of janitors into the hole, so you can fly clean ships. Outer hull cleaning is an extra 5b and comes in the form of fedos.

...every meticulous detail...except all relevant intel required to carry out an eviction or hire mercs and perhaps the fact that most evictions would cost you 10B at a minimum.

You better make it 100b ISK. There is no way a bunch of merks is going to hold hole control for 3 days for just 10b ISK.

There are many WH corps willing to defend for 0 ISK and just the pew. Why? We simply love to see merks fail and kick them out of J space.

If they are 20 strong they probably don't span time zones that much ... that 10b would be better used to ninja up a tower with defenses and build a blap phoenix. Assuming they don't have the force to tear your tower down and even if they do there is your content all for less than 10b and a batphone at that point would probably be free.

Once your targets batphone for defense of their system, you can count on the situation snowballing into a pig-pile of every WH corp with teeth imaginable coming to fight on either side, depending on who it is.

Ultimately everyone is most interested in explosions. The ISK is cool, but 10B won't get you anything strong or competent enough for you to feel confident in being victorious.

Put a stick down in system. I'm sure they will reinforce it at some point. Once YOU have a timer, then you'll likely have a fight.

At that point, you will be more likely to get people interested in coming to your aid, since you have, on timer, a very good chance of a decent fight.

After that fights over, and if you win, you and your dudes can work hole control, with anyone else you could persuade.

just spam their wormhole with your towers online few as bait and put battleships in one of towers . imo 10b is not eoungh but if you have few people do these things

*work out when they are online and when they go offline to find out what their timezones are use eve-who to get all corpmates on watchlist

*get into their hole when noone of them is online put 2 or 4 large towers and start dropping orcles/battleships

*you can cut cost of renting a bit mercs by bringing your dps boats and logi

*camp their statics and kill haulers. have devoter/heretic under hand to get their blockade runners too. they cant haul fuel in nulliified legion or in ceptor. optional if their hauler somehow manage to escape to highsec/lowsec get some catalysts and camp outside and suicide gank it

**evicting for fun isnt good idea, and to evict some1 need serious reason which carebearing isnt a big reason.
