ps. Unless ofcourse CCP releaases them again. Which I doubt.

The expectation was of blueprints added to the game or the gift NY ads. But it didn't happen. So you see on trend this spike right after the Jan'15.

We have arround 6 month before the year end so might have a chance to see constant increase or few spikes as result of manipulations.

The same as the implants they will get sky high, CCP will do another give away and alot of people will be very sad, but I personally think the odd reseed is a good idea, but that's just me as I am not invested in them.

Judging by the AT rules CCP might not be the biggest fan of geckos right now . Instead of taking the effort of rebalancing them they might just let them die a natural death by not seeding them. And even if they do seed again the likely time is christmas - a long time away.

I'm disappointed by the gecko ban as I was hoping for a bunch more getting wiped out. I think it's not so much they are tired of the gecko but they want to change up the tourney strats. They also banned the bastion mode so no more golems wiping the field clean. Marauders and drones were really popular last year.

6k of units on market atm, how many you hope could die during AT? A very high chances those lose it's popularity by masses due to the price tag. I only see drone focused pve pilots using them. Not sure about Incursion side of it.

It's a hard bet.
Surely CCP won't reintroduce them as they are now.
If they do, they will be with a quite huge mineral cost or somehow nerfed. Still, "If" they do it

They'll slowly go up until they are reseeded, then they will fall fast.

Buying Geckos now is like investing in a Ponzi scheme. If you get out at the right time, you make great returns. If not, kiss your money goodbye.

We just don't know when the scheme will crash.
