Hi all,

This thread I posted to reddit was me testing the proverbial waters. I got some good feedback, so I've decided to make a more permanent thread and post updates here.

Biomass is a third-party trading and battling game that revolves around the acquisition and subsequent combat of frozen corpses. Players often collect corpses as trophies in Eve Online, and Biomass aims to capitalize on this by making corpses useful as playing pieces. Every player has a unique ID and Name whose values are used to determine the statistics of their Biomass doppelgänger.
It's a bit like Pokemon Stadium - a player imports their character using their Eve API, all of their owned corpses are added to a pool of usable Biomass characters and the player then chooses 5 of said characters to play with.

Current Download.

I'm in the process of updating and redesigning the UI - I'm also in the process of changing the way corpses are acquired so things are more intuitive.

09 Jun - Update:
A small but influential update, changing the way corpses are acquired. Assets are now a necessity for input APIs - the game will now trawl your assets for all of your owned corpses.

  • Corpses are now retrieved from the API asset list, meaning that in order to play the game with your own delectables, you will need to activate your asset list for the API key you are using.
  • You can now only play with duplicate corpses if you actually own more than one of said corpse.
  • Added a preview field that lets you look up the stats of a corpse, by name.
