Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I usually bypass the launcher login by launching straight from the .exe file located in the bin folder. However, when I start it now it is stuck on a black screen and the only thing visible is the loading icon on the lower left hand side. Hovering says content is loading. I give it some time (bad connection perhaps, my internet is crap), but it still does not load the login screen. Now I've tried to launch it from the launcher, same thing. I've deleted launcher folder and tried to run the repair tool but it doesn't seem to work (luckily I am smart enough to not perma delete from trash bin usually until repair tool has had its course). What is the problem here?
