One account / three characters. Can I log them all in at the same time?

As the title says, can I login multiple characters that belong to the same account at the same time?

No. You need seperate accounts to do that.

no, and if you have two accounts you may have trouble running them on one machine. several issues there as well, CCP states that it does not support dual clients .

Unless you are running a 486 with EMS, two Eve clients will run easily on a modern PC.

I can run 3 clients on a 2 year old laptop without too much hassle. On my desktop I'm sure I could run twice that. But you must pay a subscription for every account you want logged in at once. So, if you want 3 characters logged in at once, you must have 3 accounts.
