Or you could park your Loki on a Thera undock and talk about how l33t you are at solo PVP...... that's also a fantastic community contribution.

Or you could get good and kill the Loki nub. Every playstyle has some merit, just being **** and whining is pathetic.

At least this guy is trying to do something helpful and contribute to the community, instead of being cry baby bitter vets trying to be relevant by ship toasting on every thread in sight......Roll

Big smile

Always a **** in every bag.

Project is going well though. Don't mind the trolls.

It's what I get for advertising in Thera :). Cheers

I see nothing wrong with being in both channels. I watch 9 different channels as I roam, nothing wrong with one more. Soaking up information from solo channels, help chats, intel channels, market chat, all of this makes up a large percentage of my game time. The more info the better I say!

BSB is good to go, albeit a little intimidating at times for a newer player who think they may have some "dumb questions". That is mainly due to the fact that quite a few of the best pirates in New Eden reside there and the channel tends to come off as a place for them to call home and not as a "help chat". Just a little "elite" thats all. Dont get me wrong, I have seen a lot of solid advice come out of BSB, not to mention the fittings of some of the deadliest soloist in the game and most all players come across as friendly. I think the more channels dedicated to solo pvp the better and I appreciate everyone attempting to share the knowledge, be it BSB or newer projects.

Is BSB short for something or the actual channel name?

Also cheers for realising you didn't have to be the absolute best to help others,
if that were the case this sub forum would be largely empty as all the best players would be off being awesome and whatnot.

As you said, the more content the better.

Bsb is bringing solo back. A great channel, but my project is more new player friendly and a lot less elite

BSB hardly ever contains anything solo, it's mostly just clowns linking blob kills and talking nonsense.

What kind fo a joke is this? Hired to be an Amarrian PvP Instructor? It sounds like autists teaching the daft here.

And a solo community already exists; the channel is Bringing Solo Back and there's alof of highly experienced pilots that hang out in there. They don't speak nearly as often as the autists but they give solid advice.

In addition Chessur started MicroGang Help so that he could become a self-titled expert :P I suggest joining that as well because the exact same skills translate into both solo and small gang.

Go watch Kovorix and Kil2's videos they give great walkthroughs, watrch EVE is Easy and Suitonia's videos as well for entry level information. But for the love of god above all else get a ship, use your brain and come up with a good fitting (or hell even steal a fitting from somebody who you know is competent) and get out there and lose ships. Go poke the hornets nest, split them up and start killing them. Record your fights, rewatch them afterwards and see what you could have done better, then go back out and do it all over again.

I'm working on a deal to provide 100% fitted free ships to new bros to try solo in.
I'll try to have t1 and t2 fittings.

This isn't live yet, but as soon as it is, I'll post the details here.

Also, I randomly do nice things for those who come and grow. Last week I bought a guy a skin for his dragoon for getting his first solo kill with it.

As I secure avenues to provide these types of rewards, I'll make it known.

I'm also beating my pirate buddies up for ts or mumble space where I can host chat with you guys.

And! Working on tutorial vids. May even start streaming.

I genuinely want to help break the meta. Let's get in there!

There is no experience in eve quite like getting your first solo kill! Let me help you do it. :)

Dark Lord Terona out!

New player here, was doing the tutorial and then decided to actually subscribe. I'm very new, but this thread was actually the shove in the back I needed to get serious and enjoy this game for the PVP.

Training up skills now and will be look for your channel ingame. I'm willing to put in the time to learn from a guy like you.

Feel free to poke anyone else in there, Im usually lurking and while my skill set differs from darths (small gang violence rather than solo) I may be of some use to you.

Nice brother. Have an idea what race you want to fly? Ill mail you some fits this evening.

I fly them all. I got a soft spot for rifters though... If you couldn't guess

And yea, there it is. Though response times won't be as fast as chatting with me, I'm more than willing to teach guys via eve mail.

And like I said before, you should stop by the channel anyway. Lots of good info posted up in links.

And yes, small gang and solo are very very simular
