Seeking uncollateralized loan of 7billion isk. Will repay in full with 5% interest in 30 days.

I will also do up to 7 smaller loans of 1bn ea. Same terms.

And as far as information, if they want it I can provide it. But frankly I can tell the truth or make something up that looks good on paper. It all comes down to whether they trust me or not. So I just cut to the chase.

I was making 10b loans (uncollateral) before. And since you are not offerring any assets as an insurance i'd like to understand what is the guaranty of returning my money back.

that's a pretty terrible interest for an uncollaterized loan with insufficient history, this is what some first timer collaterized loans offer.

try again at 10-15%

I would accept those terms however given my experience in the past with asking for uncollateralized loans, it really does not matter how much interest I might offer, in fact by offering higher rates it might be even more of a turn-off because at that point some might think I am just saying whatever people might want to hear to secure a loan.
