Will renters be blue to Fountain Core?

What about Brave Newbies?

And is Black Legion blue to Fountain Core?

Can we build supers and titans and will you help defend heavy assetts that come under attack?

I'm currently a tenant and very happy with everything so far, BL was very helpful with everything including defense and logistics, offering nice conditions for installing upgrades and etc with a discount, and the price for the system is very reasonable. In the beginning I was also a little bit worried about PVP activity in the region however I'm currently making lots of isks in my system without being bothered at all.
Overall it's very nice to have business with BL and I would recommend renting from them to everyone.

A lot of people have been voicing concerns how viable renting will be under fozzie sov and rightfully so. To be clear we are fully committed to defending our rental space. A lot of the people interested in renting from us have asked us how we intend to do so given the sov changes and all I can say it is rather easy for us to defend a system that has at least Sov Level 4 and one of the indices either Military or Industry to 5. Why? Because it will take the attacker a staggering 45 minutes to reinforce anything. The notification that someone is “attacking” our sov is instant. Add to that the fact that the time window where sov will be vulnerable is only 4 hours at most. We see no reason to believe that we will not be able to defend what we have. Especially given the fact that all our rental space is with jump-range of our staging system. If you do not believe me I suggest you go onto Duality and test out the new sov system and see for yourselves just how terrible it is to take even an undefended system with no indices what so ever. To capture a single node takes close to one hour for a system with no indices and the attacker needs to capture 10 of these. The implication of such a terrible system is that renting even multiple region renting will still be viable. Which is not what Black Legion is attempting to do. We are renting space right next to where we life. Which allows for a timely and strong defense.

So you will be renting miners / mission runners for their effort bringing military or industry to 5?
But as far as i understand your post, it is the opposite, you asking from people who actually help you defending YOUR alliances sov?
Or is it about paying for "protection" FROM you?

Renters have no obligation to help in the defense of any sov. And yes ofc the renter will help increasing the indexes thats a game mechanic that is unavoidable if they want to rat/mine they can however rent a system just to run reaction farms and the like.

Dear Sir,

"renters" may have no obgliation to help defending sov, but they acutally will do in the future by making barren space inhabitable.
More directly asked: how do you plan to reward them?

I am not sure i follow your train of thought. The renter will get to rat/mine in some of the best systems in the game that is what they will get out of it.

Your line of thinking is flawed. Yes CCP stated that in maybe X years you will be able to make even really really terrible systems "good" but that mechanic is not in the game and proberbly wont be for a long time and secondly I do not think fountain space is "barren" it one of the best regions in the game as far as jewing goes.

I'm just here to throw my experiences in the ring. We moved in a week ago today. We are renting in the unicorn constellation, and my experience as a director of my corporation is as such. I will approach it based on subtopics and give a brief note to how I feel.

Region: Fountain, while one of the most active pvp regions in the game, has been very kind to us thusfar. Brave, while technically our enemies, have put up some good fights, as to be expected of them. We have had minimal roams through our space, and if you choose a system from JGOW-Y down that pipe, you have a very strong defensive intel network to allow you to move assets safely.

Other alliance members: Other members of Parental Supervision are very professional, and are more polite than many fellow renters our corp have ran into before. While still small (which means there are a lot of spaces left!), other corporations presently in alliance have worked with us already with economic matters as well as plan to fly together on future endeavors.

The rentlords: Baki Yuku and Capri Sun KraftFoods have been excellent thusfar. They have been available and accepting to criticism and ideas. On top of that, they are incredibly polite and welcoming. I imagine as the alliance grows in size, the alliance will add more rental contacts.

Rats: The vast majority of renters will be used to guristas rats I assume. Serpentis rats are very similar in DED site layout and anomaly setup. You will feel at home. Also, for some reason, ports seem to spawn DED 7s more regularly than anywhere else I've seen.

System upgrade policy: This is a big one. From my history in PBLRD, I remember how much of a pain getting upgrades was. Typically it took weeks or you had to provide one yourself. Renting here, there is a program that subsidizes the cost of upgrades. This means, if you work your system, under fozziesov the system is harder to take. this is mutually beneficial, as it saves you over 100m for level 1-5 upgrades, and makes BLs life easier.

The market: Regional hubs in the same constellation mentioned above are strong, with reasonable mark ups.

Other: The rent space has a low truesec communal area that seems very well suited to mining. I would like to see an official pos policy for the communal area posted, but no big deal. The ice type is gallente.

I have attempted to be as truthful as my limited experiences allow for the above. Below is a small list of things I would like to see formalized in the renter rules, as well as a few suggestions.

1) PVP rules need to be clearly stated, some tips on where to attack would be good as well.
2) There should be a cross alliance channel that allows us to share contracts with our blues in the region. I.e For Sale in Fountain
3) As the alliance grows, A subletting option would be nice, with say a 250m/month fee, and a separate alliance (Suggestion: Babysitter Supervision) for them.
4) Change the name of 6f-H3W station to Candy Mountain Candy Cave Cool.
5) Repairs should be set to free in BL stations, as this is a pretty standard thing for rental alliances
