Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I've been having an issue with using my Probe Scanner. After talking to some other friends, it appears to me me, alone, with this issue. I'll do my best to explain it accurately.

-I open my Probe Scanner window, and see 3 Cosmic Signatures.
-I deploy scanner probes.
-I open my map (new and old) and see the red spheres of the 3 cosmic sigs.
-I perform an initial scan, positioning the probes near the red spheres.
-I get scan results, with various %'s, some as dots, some as rings, etc...

Up to this point, everything functions as normal. But it's when I continue that I run into my problems...

-I chose a cosmic signature to scan down first, and click on it's ID in the Probe Scanner window.
-After clicking on the ID, EVERY SINGLE sig disappears from the map, even the one I selected.

In the past, when I chose an ID to to focus on, the other sigs would disappear, leaving only the highlighted sig from the probe scanner window showing. This would allow me to distinguish which ID is which when looking at the map.

I move my probes away, clearly no where near the last location of any scan result, and nothing is there, not even the ID I clicked on.

I can't any of them to reappear. I have to close the map, and reopen it, to get the red spheres to return, but when I click on an ID, they disappear again. It's not a filter issue in the Probe Scanner. Results are disappearing when I scan them up so high (as would happen with certain filters on), and the cosmic sigs are still listed in my Probe Scanner window, so they weren't completed yet.

I don't know what is causing this, nor do I know how to fix it. It's making my exploration and DED running almost impossible.

since Aegis Sov update, my scanner map is completely dead and is showing nothing. I guess this is not the same issue you have but I can't find any other thread on scanner bugs :)

Try disabling the beta map and going back to the old version...think I saw something similar about this recently (on iPad now so can't search)
