Please reinstate missing music tracks

I just want to see Eve Radio linked to the jukebox so I don't have to load it up in a browser.

Yes, please. I used to love the music. After the change I turned it off because I live in a wormhole and that one toon over and ocer was not doing it for me. I know that I can sound cloud but I dont. Would love to have the music back.

and when you are at it. please separate char seleciton screen music with ingame music. I think many would like to hear the intro music but have the game music muted. Right now its all or nothing.

a option to just not play dungeon music would be awesome too. since its basically all i hear due to the fact that i am in FW. (being able to mute dungeon music does not help since its essentially like muting music all together when you are often in plexes)

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

I would like to say that i am a fairly new player, just under 2 years now. And i can comfortably say that there are no music triggers for me. I don't get excited when i hear something. A friend of mine who has been playing for so much longer than me (he got me into it), gets very emotional when his Ipod plays particular eve tracks, and i feel robbed of whatever he got to experience back in the day. Its quite heart wrenching sometimes to realize that i never got a chance to be swooned by eve's beautiful music. I can listen to it myself, and i recognize how beautiful it is. But i never had a great track start right in the middle of a great memory or some other such experience to really bond it to me like everyone else.

Please give us access to all of Eves glorious tracks. I would very much like to know what the old guard get so melancholy over.

I know a lot of players who might be interested in hearing this: Jukebox Petition - Bring it back!

I for one am very interested in the idea! It would be sort of like having the jukebox back!

That first track really jogged back some old memories. I'm mostly fine with them removing tracks over time if that's what they've done. It's remnants of a past era and it has more value as a memory or piece of nostalgia. Who doesn't get tired of hearing the same track over and over, no matter how good? New music also helps the game feel fresh.

Hey RealX. I'm afraid some of those tracks you listed absolutely do not play in any area of the game. Below The Asteroids, Miner Stories, Surplus of Rare Artifacts and I Saw Your Ship do not play anywhere. I have played in all areas of this game for ages and have not heard these tracks for at least a whole year of playing this game.

Edit: +1 for jukebox.

PS I was Lucy Lopez but I sold the character, I was the person who started this thread Smile

Oh yes. You can't imagine what godawful experience has become the game's excellent music to those of us who spend our time in a few systems.

That option should not override dungeon music, though. Just the background music.

I haven't heard "I saw your ship" or "My second residency" or "New moon" or "Merchants, looters and ghosts" or "Akat mountains" literally for years in game. Knowing that they're there via the volume-to-zero reset function would suffice, if giving us back the jukebox is too much for some decission-making egos... Straight

Like an 'don't use enviornmental music' sort of checkbox? I think that would be a welcome addition. But if you're going that way, why not just reintroduce the jukebox all together and let people choose their own music, maybe with a checkbox inside the jukebox that would enable the game to pick the most suited music based on the current system?
