But actually they do need to notify you under what section of the EULA you are in breach of according to the EU consumer regulations and the distance selling act in the united kingdom. Otherwise a person can demand a full refund or take into high court if the person is a citizen of a European country or the product or service was bought or transferred inside Europe.

Messing with you, because even how you twist and turn it, it is a legal agreement between two parties. By not having the agreement strict you are making loopholes, there is a reason why for example World of Warcraft has a good end user legal agreement.

Also if you think that it is a just cause banning people for doing something CCP never told anyone was against the TOS or EULA is a good idea you are clearly mistaken, this would never have happened if there was a strict EULA in place.

I'll recast the question: what actions are you worried that you won't be able to do?

Well i'm quite worried that in about 40 years or so i will retire and have more things to do, so i will have less time being blessed with the saving grace of Jesus Christ our lord and savior.
Also as a true scientologist i can also assume that people at Fanfest might not share my beliefs and i will get banned for preaching my religion at a CCP venue, which might be conceived as rude in terms of the EULA if it affects Fanfest.
