OP as the proposer of this idea it really is up to you to convince people of its merits. Belittling, insulting and trolling anyone who raises valid concerns and reasons why your proposal may not work does not help your case nor does it encourage useful discussion.

Personally I find the case made for this proposal not being viable very compelling and well made while you have made no reasonable effort to make a case for it besides the equivalent of throwing digital monkey poo at most of the contributors to this thread.

I have no doubt that I am about to join this illustrious group so in short:

Not supported.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.

Thank you for making it painfully obvious you do not have a clue what you are talking about.

the number of lols is in line with your IQ, thanks for letting me know

I'm not the one who thinks porting a PC game to a console environment is "not too difficult". Roll

It's not that it is IMPOSSIBLE

But CCP would need to make huge changes to the game to incorporate it to any console. The game has been programmed originally for PC only, and that programming has been the fundamental foundations upon the last 10 or so years of eve onlines life.

The task your talking about the monumental, that being said, whilst your idea is NOT IMPOSSIBLE, it will take alot of work, alot of man hours and therefore cost alot of money to pull it off.

The likelihood of CCP converting EVE to work on consoles, is probably less than you being struck by lightning, but more likely than aliens landing on your house and asking you to calculate pi

This thread is now trolls trolling trolls trolling trolls, but both of my posts have been serious, and if OP was a serious poster about his idea of importing EVE onto a console, while your idea IS in the realms of possibility, CCP as a company will not invest (probably..) thousands of man hours to converting an already working game onto a new device simply 'because they can'

Next someone will be asking for EVE Online on tablets or phones... Shocked

it is to get a broader audience, the ps4 will have 50-100 users someday soon, thats potential customers who are gamers, with a product that is not comparable to what ps4 gamers get on that console, I see a lot more advantages then disadvantages... you attract gamers with valkyrie and dust then they jump onto eve itselfe because they want more, its just logic to have eve on ps4
