Can't restart Caldari Epic Help - Please help!

Hello all!

I completed Penumbra, the Caldari Epic Arc, over a year ago. On returning to Josamento, to attempt to restart the arc, the agent is no-where to be seen.

I've flown to the beacon, but he's not there. Yes, I have Agents in Space turned on in my overview.

My standings are modified to over +5.00 for both Caldari State and Expert Distribution. Unmodified, they only come to +4.20 or thereabouts. Does this now make a difference.

My Epic Arc Journal shows Penumbra as completed. Is there a 'reset button' somewhere I need to press?

I am in a Minmatar starter corp, Sebestior Tribe, which is neutral to Caldari State, although Minmatar Republic is at -2.00 with the Epic Arc Agent. Would this make a difference?

Any help gratefully received. I've spent an hour trawling google to absolutely no avail!

You will have to warp to beacon named "Nugoeihuvi Information Centre" in Josameto solar system.
Talk to Aursa Kunivuri and agent will ask to wipe out arc in your memory. Then you can start arc again.

The problem is, the agent isn't even there!

Petition it then. GM's are usually pretty quick to resolve game play issues (it's an easy ticket closure for them).

I see the agent there

Btw you can talk remotely
Find that agent in People & Places then start conversation with agent
