I'm sure it's useful, and I'm also sure it turns about as well as arty swaglfats track when its mwd is on. Also that ishtar is cap stable, too.

This seems more or less it, and it lacks faction modules, too... Would not fly/10... the armor variant I came up with has slightly more EHP and less agility, but tbh they're both paper-thin. It also seems prudent to have a cov ops cloak on this, so you can at least try to get out of hairy situations...
