Hey. I have this habit of watching TV shows while doing something in EVE (no PvP obviously). So, here are my favs:

1. Game of Thrones - too bad they make only few series per season, but I prefer quality vs quantity.
2. Arrow - I was a bit skeptical about this one, but I am glad I saw it.
3. The Flash - watched this one prior Arrow, it is the reason while I gave Arrow a shot.
4. Supernatural - if GoT lacks too many series, this one compensates. Last seasons are not as good as the first, but I am hooked anyway.
5. The Walking Dead - I've always liked zombie movies, even if they don't use the Z word there.
6. Forever - a CSI with a bit of sci-fi - I like it.
7. Daredevil - the last one I saw - was skeptical about this one too, but after I saw it, it was on a whole new level, plus it shares the same universe with the Avengers.

Most of their seasons ended, so I am looking to expand my list, but I've been wondering which ones.

I tried Orphan Black, good story, many people liked it, but somehow didn't grab me. Sci-fi are my type anyway.

Also documentaries - obviously I like watching about space stuff, so "Space", "How the Universe works" and "Through the wormhole" are my favorite documentaries.

I've been looking into "The 100" , "Jericho" , "I zombie" and one of the most popular "Lost", which I haven't seen yet, but I know everyone dies at the end, thanks to spoils in the other TV Shows lol.

So, what are your favorite TV shows?

Farscape is my all time favorite Sci-Fi.

The Wire had the best writing I've ever seen in television.

Currently working through Stargate SG-1. It can get quite repetitive, but it's fun in doses.

Dead Like Me is fun too, bit off beat compared to other things on TV.

Life On Mars (the original british one, not the US remake).

Grrr.

Sherlock
Doctor Who
Archer
Venture Brothers

Yes, I am aware that none of those currently playing.

edit: Almost forgot, there's that stupid time travel via standing stones to Scottland starting Jamie-the-Stud-Muffin-and-his-Nympho-Polygamist-Wife-WhatsHerFace. My wife watches that one, which means I watch it too.

edit: Outlander.

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

Already mentioned:

Doctor Who, Farscape and Battlestar Galactica.

Not mentioned:

Stargate (SG1, Atlantis and SGU) SG1 from my perspective really gets interesting from season 6 (but don´t skip the eps before) with the launch of the prometheus and the Tau'ri get used to handling the big teechnologies. Atlantis is my favourite and SGU gets interesting in the moment they cancelled the show...great done syfy & mgm

Sanctuary also was great i think. Sad the fifth season got canceled and partially integrated into the fourth. At this moment everything started to get awesome.

And while we´re at Amanda Tapping anyone watched "Continuum" the tv-show?

I also liked The Clone Wars show and the new one Star Wars Rebels.

BSG pissed me off. I could tell where it was going, and I was praying they didn't go there. They went there. Love, hate sorta thing. Sooo much potential wasted on Deus Ex Machina IMO.

Babylon5, I usually watch it through every couple years. Right now I'm working through Andromeda again @ S2. Yeah, been watching GoT, mainly for the white walkers. GO white walkers! Just recently finished watching LOST again. But B5 my goto.

Same here: BabyTV all day long, but once my son goes to bed, my time comes Smile

I hope when he grows up in a few years I'll be able to delve deep into EVE and maybe watch less TV shows and focus on the fun side of it, not just skill/isk side.

P.S. I used to watch Spartacus: Blood and Sand, The First Wave, Psi Factor, X-Files and The Outer Limits. The latter was made by people with very rich imagination.
When you watch too many TV shows you begin to recognize most actors when they show up somewhere else, like Manu Bennett being Slade Wilson (Arrow) and Crixus (Spartacus). Had no idea he was Azog in the Hobbit lol.

I will second The Wire. That show from start to finish was exceptional. Much of what I do watch has already been mentioned.

So I will finish off with that I really like the competitive cooking series Chopped on the Food Network.

I really had hopes for that, but it turns out it's just some creepy guy and two teenage assassin girls (oh THAts believable). I hope the white walkers strew that place stone from stone hehe
BoB was good though, yes.

So B5, then second I'd say Firefly. Both with infinite replayability. I'd like to list BSG (remake), but only some episodes imo are worth replayability.

I'm in it for the money
