-No industrial waste, datacore farming is fine though
-No supercap characters
-I would prefer the character to be somewhere between 50 and 80m, but i'll consider anything over 50.
-Budget is negotiable, i'm space-rich.
-Working eveboard link+positive wallet obviously a must
