Pretty much. It is work, but if they want to "sell, sell, sell", they'll have to commit to the work.

Prep it, stage it, get the people's approval of it, fix the server it is on (to stop those gnarly ddos attacks).

If All I had to do was click 1 button, and launch all my accounts simultaneously, I would do that and I would not bother with evefile.exe.

Barring issues with the launcher actually.. well launching.

You actually don't want to put this idea into their minds because it will seriously backfire.
CCP will over-engineer anything and everything. Generating complex and easily breakable solutions over simple problems.

Seriously CCP stop devolpping the game with your feet, stop making it more and more complicated.
Each update is a nightmare (Eve online.exe stopped working ...)
Instead of adding craps(oh cool new overview cause you think it s more intuitive..baaahh!) , just focus on major issue such as the contract system which is screwed since some days now!!and all the "We have to work on it but nevermind lets add more content to the game :D"

Some nice people linked these two programs in a reddit thread I started about the why the launcher didn't remember our passwords:

rlel (yes I hate this acronym too) is a replacement for the CCP launcher that supports launching both Tranquility and Singularity clients, as well as keeping those clients up to date automagically

Warning: I haven't tried these with Carnyx (today's expansion) yet. I've tried rlel with the previous launcher with no issue. Use at your own risk!
