I just want to wish best of luck to the person trying to bump Dram price right now. I know there was one sucker that bought ~100 Dramiels at 83mil from me a month ago. I told him back then he wouldnt be able to keep high price, and it collapsed after 12h :) It seems he is at it again. 500 dramiels stockpiled before the expansion _that was nerfing them_ at 53mil, and now a nice row of sell orders grouped in 10 ship piles. Almost looks like Leocaldari :)

Essentially, the fitting stats were changed so that only folks with multiple 'Elite' level certificates can fly it the old way. Otherwise fit like a 'normal' frigate.

It's still a useful ship, just brought back in line with Interceptors and the other high-end tackling frigates. Choices are good (though I admit, not always for traders).

Even with perfect skills you can't fly it the same anymore. At over 3 times the cost of a standard inty no one wants them anymore.
