Looking for PI collaboration

I have 3 idle PI toons and I am looking for a collaboration in order to put them into good use. I would prefer consistency over quantity. Ideally I am looking for people who produce P1 or P2 materials. I would offer to buy those for 90% Jita Sell price. Since I am planning to settle down in your system you wouldn't have to haul your materials, just contract them out to me.

I don't want to start a discussion about the feasibility and profitability of my approach, I know that wspace and Null are supreme yaddayadda. This is simply to keep my toons busy on the side since I will be mainly absent from the game for several months.

I have some toons in residence in high sec with decent --> great PI skills that currently aren't doing anything. For a while I had a whole operation going with them, but that has since failed out. I'd be interested in discussing this. Haven't yet analyzed the planets in my home system or anything yet though.

I am currently without a home system, since I moved out of wspace so I am pretty open. I'd love to get back to wspace (or Null) but I won't be able to fulfill any activity requirements to I think I might be better off like this. Let me know if you have the details regarding your home system, such as POCO tax rate and planet composition.

I am currently in a c1 wormhole with a hisec static,
Planets are 3 barren, 1 temperate, 1 ice, and 2 lava, so a lot of options to make different materials

Pocos are at 10% but I am bashing shortly, will have the factory planet POCO bashed this week, right now it's just me out there, no requirements as far as activity

Tax rate is going to be set at 4.25%
I can give you access to the corporate hangar array so you would have probably a million m^3 of space
I will sell you all my PI at the price you quoted I have three toons and plan on recruiting a couple more people
The only requirement as far as activity might be a little help hauling
I have a large well defended Calderi control tower, I would ask you to kick in a little bit for fuel once in a while, fuel is like 400 million isk a month I can handle most all of it but a little help is always nice
I am the only POS in the wormhole very quiet system

By the way both of you are more than welcome on those same terms, there is a lot of easy isk out here, and I'm a laid back guy I have spreadsheets and can tell you the best ways to set things up any alts are more than welcome. It's kinda lonely out here, could always use a few extra bodies
