The bleak lands are contested, is this FW or simply a localize "pvp" zone where you can work for on side or the other? If so, how do you declare?

I tried to Google it, but I'm not seeing a lot of "this is what you do" in the bleak lands.

The low-sec systems are FW-Systems, yep. The High-Sec Systems are normal Amarr-Systems as every normal High-Sec-System.

In low, you could do the same things, like in all other low-sec systems plus, you have the FW-Playerbase. They will shoot you as a neutral or you can try to shoot them ;)
