Minimum time between manual cloak and decloak

As it is you cannot cloak while under gatecloak. If you want to cloak up you need to approach something or otherwise move your ship to break the gatecloak.

However, to enable the cloaking device fitted on a ship, the pilot needs to click the button to activate the module.

If he click it too early the ship will still be under gatecloak, due to server ticks, and the pilot needs to click it again to actually cloak.

However, if the first click was on time, the second click will deactivate the cloaking device.

My suggestion is to add a minimum time between cloaking and the manual decloak to prevent people accidentally pressing the cloak the second time thinking the first command didn't go through due to latency, and thus decloaking his ship.

Work on your spam clicking problem and you won't have this issue. Between my covops, bombers, recons, and blockade runners, I don't have this issue. Even my highsec hauler flies cloaked more often than not, at least when she's out of the freighter.

When you hear, "Warp Drive Active" THEN you can cloak.

Also, I'm going to agree with Ian. The spam clicking is a personal problem, not a game one. Learn discipline and use two hands (and hotkeys) for maximum accuracy .
