So I've came across this little but annoying issue. I have the ecm/remote link bar right above my HUD and can't move it and it's blocking my other notifications. I've already tried the 'move notification mode' but I can't move either. Here is a screenshot (move mode on).

Can anyone help me, maybe it's just an option I'm missing?

there is a little box on the lower right side of your hud ...... at the bottom is enter moving mode for messages click this and re possition the box.
