HUD displays no cap, no modles

I've run into a situation where my eve client displays no modules and no cap in the HUD when I undock no matter what ship I'm using. This does not happen to my alts that are running in other eve sessions on the same PC.

I have tried login/logout. No change.
I have tried changing ship.

Anyone know a workaround?
