After downloading the latest update my frame rate has decreased to 1 FPS (while on the lowest graphics settings). When I checked the processes, it showed that the client was using over half of the CPU available on my PC. I have defragmented my hard drive, run virus scans, run the repair tool, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. The only other thing I can think of is to reinstall my OS, but seeing as how this is the only program that is having an issue I'm not sure its worth doing especially since there is a recurring payment associated with this game. Any suggestions?
