C: disk files after scylla?

I have EVE installed on another disk partition, and I've changed the resources cache folder to be on the same disk.

But I still have files on the path C:\Users\[...]\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE

Its like 2GB.

Is this used in the current version of EVE? I'd like to get rid of it
