I'm not entirely sure I have this right - I could be reading last year's bracket completely wrong - but I believe this is the top 16 teams from last year and the order of them:

The Camel Empire
Nulli Secunda
Pandemic Legion
The Tuskers Co.

(Not so sure about the following order or teams)
The Afterlife
THE RONIN
Triumvirate.
HYDRA RELOADED
Tactical Narcotics Team
Exodus
Test Alliance Please Ignore
Rote Kapelle
Outbreak.
Shadow Cartel

1. Will new missile tracking mods be allowed on AT?
2. Will tracking disruption effect on missiles be implemented before August 15th?

this is a joke all the testing that was done when they were 11 points was invalidated cause you changed it to 12 points. Now that people re theory crafted and retested all the **** is invalid again. I say you keep the points as they are and dont change it back holy ****

Does this mean you can let's say put a true sansha heavy capacitor booster on a non flag ship battleship?

The question arises because 800 navy cap boosters fit under charges so this line could be interpreted as referring to either the module, the charge or both. (trying to get confusion out of the way :))

You could of course fit the ships with faction stuff, use it and sort it out after the matches have already happen or preemptively asking the question and avoid getting banned.

Charges are allowed, modules are not.

Faction CB modules can't be fitted even on flagships.

thing is the charge is called a cap booster and the module is called a capacitor booster.
the rule states capacitor booster so i'm wondering what the official word on it is :)

The Cap Booster is listed under Charges, and Navy Cap Boosters have always been allowed. Faction Capacitor Booster modules have never been allowed on non-flagship ships, and I would never expect them to change that.
