A few questions

1. Ive recently come back after not playing for a while, so I was wondering if it was possible to scan combat sites, or are they just available to everyone as anomalies.

2. How much of a dps tank would be suggested for up to 6/10 anomolies, there are a few ships I'm looking at flying as an all in one exploration ship (via mobile depot ), the two ships I'm mainly considering are the Stratios and Proteus.

3. How much of a effect when trying to scan down a ship does the ships sensor strength and signature radius play?

Any tips or just general advice is welcome, thanks.

1. Yes, it is possible to scan down sites. In fact, you can scan down sites that would otherwise only be available via escalations from static combat anomalies.

2. All the way up to 9/10 are fully doable in a T3. Some 10/10's are also doable solo in T3s, but you're better off with something else. As such, you'll be good to go with the Proteus, which I'd suggest over the Stratios.

3. None.

This depends on which ship you are asking about.

If you are asking about your ship then the previous answer is correct they have no affect on being able to scan.

On the other hand they have a huge impact on the ships you may be trying to scan, there is a link at the end of this post with some info. You can read the lnk for now the smaller the sig radius and / or the stronger the sensor strength of the target ship the harder they are to probe scan.

Thank you and thank you, I meant at question 3 someone else scanning me.
