yer im having the same message come up but the error code is "A1B2D40D-868C-44DD-A78D-C7A88B296AD4"

Use the Bin/exefile.exe

make sure you update client first

I have it as a shortcut on the desktop, Target= "C:\Program Files (x86)\eve_test\EVE\bin\exefile.exe" /server:Singularity

Replace eve_test with whatever your folder name is.
