Shoddy Launch Window.

Over the last weak, every single time I open the launch window, the lower portion that is supposed to say "Ready." is greyed out and refuses to come back. I've tried running it in safe mode, with admin, closing and restarting it, and when I try to log in, it greys out the entire screen and doesent do anything.

Besides being the worst launch window in the history of online gaming what could be the cause of this and how can it be fixed?
