Which systems do the newbies start in?

I haven't made any new characters in years, and I know there's been many changes to the tutorials and the "new player experience" thing. What about the systems that new players start in? What are they?
I wanna give out some isk that I have lying around this month and wanted to visit those systems personally and get involved with new players.

It is great giving rookies a little isk - even small amounts like 1 mill and they have hit the jack pot - also makes you feel good inside.

But yes I agree with Maia griefing in rookie systems gets you into trouble - although I was griefed when I started and nothing happened to the griefer, but then that was some years ago now.
