"Local" window doesn't show color tags of my fellow blues (And a fix!)

When the Local window doesn't show the color tags indicating who is blue to me, I have to minimize the Local window, then use the CTRL + TAB window to reselect it and make it appear again.

This fixes the problem.

It's as if the tags are not being applied until I "wake up" the Local window; then it applies the color tags correctly. It's as if, in the various sequence of things EVE does when drawing the ship in station, providing background, it finds the list of docked players and applies that LAST, without checking affiliation status of which color tag to apply.

Btw, the "lost" color tags continue even after I undock. I have to manually "nudge" the local window in some way--close it and reopen it--before it will wake up and apply the correct status tags to each name.

Probably a pretty simple programming fix would be required, methinks: have EVE check for color tag status as one of the LAST steps, then apply it.
