that link leads to an outdated site with dead links.

the OP here asked for help as the stickied dev post has dead links too.

is there no one that can either delete the post or give updated information?

Reporting the dev-ticked outdated post with that flag to the top left is a good start. If you can even open a thread that does exactly what the old one was supposed to do, that one can end up sticky too!
