UI Scaling problem

After todays patch I have problem with windows scaling. I have 4k screen. I used to use 125% settings. They all look now like they are 25% then they should on any settings. 100 looks like 125, 125 like 150, 150 is bloody massive. I wouldn't complain but text in all those windows is now unnaturally blurred.

My problem is even at 150% everything is SUPER TINY

might I offer a solution, try setting them, 1 at a time .... log in and set UI Scale to 90% then log off. do that for every toon if you have multiple toons. then log them in, you can see a difference at least I did, or maybe use the 150% instead of the 90%..... experiment with it, but you need to use only 1 character at a time or it may not work..... I use 6 and one was off and this seemed to fix it for me.
