Option to turn off sensor overlay tool tip

The sensor overlay tool tip is annoying because it has options rather than just statements of fact. I frequently accidentally choose one of the options when attempting to activate modules for instance.

I would like an option put into the HUD option list to specifically turn off the tool tip for the sensor overlay. It would probably be best if the sensor overlay was set to on by default with off as the option.

Yawn,  I'm right as usual. The predictability kinda gets boring really.
