I'm done. I've finally become totally hooked on EVE. TLDR below.

At this point I've only been involved with running missions, mining, exploring. Yadda yadda yadda.

Yesterday while chilling in Rens I saw in chat this bloke advertising pvp ops or newbie pvp 101 training. I figured why not. I'm not doing anything anyway. I didn't have time to do anything but I had a cool chat with the guy.

Today I had the chance to fleet up with the guy and he took me through a pvp 101 course and we traveled into low sec space, practicing scouting techniques, fleet basics and using D scan properly. I didn't have time today to go after real targets but I learned a hell of a lot and more importantly I had a bloody good time.

I'm so stoked to get into pvp combat now, I can't wait till next time


Tldr : take a chance you might just have fun :)

Edit: at his request I'm adding his name Baphommet into the post. I didn't before since I wasn't sure he would mind.
