Scanning probes get deleted

When switching probes with insufficient cargo to hold already loaded probes, the ones being swtiched to get deleted instead of returning to your cargohold.

Eg, with a full cargo bay and a set of sisters combat probes in the launcher, when switching to sister core probes the launcher isnt able to deposit combats in a full cargohold and the cores get deleted from cargo. Sisters cores occupy less volume than combats.

It would be great if the game just returned the cores back to cargo instead of deleting them. Please fix.

A simple probe change would be to auto-recall in the event of a disconnect much like drones do. Just a niggle really but I've lost a few sets of sisters core probes near DT because of this

Losing probes because of disconnects or getting killed while in space are a bit different from this issue though. Losing probes while switching to different set is unfortunate.

Cry me a river, before the scanning change we lost probes every time they expired.

I would like to bleed your eyes instead of crying you a river. This post is in part to bring it to the the attention of the devs. stop reading if you dont have anything constructive to say.
