I normally report bugs straight away but I am not sure about this one. Fairly regularly and only recently do I find windows opening as tabs inside other windows.
Is there an option that makes this happen automatically, which I have selected?

Anyone else seeing this?

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.

grab one of those tabs and move it away from the other window this should cure the problem :)

Until I open another.
It is also pretty random, seems to jump a window into what ever is closest to the centre rather than focus or last focus.
