EVE Universe dropdown disappears on mouseover

I'm using Chrome, version 42.0.2311.135 m (64-bit)

This dropdown menu found at community.eveonline.com and forums.eveonline.com disappears when my mouse drops below the EVE Universe area. To get it to work, I have to Ctrl+click EVE Universe to open a new duplicate tab. Then the dropdown isn't so shy about letting me touch it.

Help, I can't download EVE
