Instadock Bookmark - Unable to be warped to

2/3 times I warp to a instadock bookmark I made and it puts me 20+km away from it. I can be 17+km away from this bookmark and still dock but my warp is dropping before I'm even that close most of the time. I'm not warping inside the station then bouncing off, I'm just not warping to my bookmark.
Thoughts, Ideas, Trollface?
The bookmark itself is exactly visually in space in the same location as the icon (also in space) for a minmitar outpost. But you would think you'd bounce off the station and not just never reach your destination?
