In third pocket officer started flying away leaving trace of structures. Sadly when I noticed it he was already 400 km away. After each structure pop he is getting 600 ms bump. http://i.imgur.com/RCxuN.png
So I wrote stuck petition but GM "as always" moved it to exploration... And other categories are known for long wait time. Shocked
