everyone in my corp has recieved these ship skins in there redeemable items but i havent recieved anything on 3 accounts

am i missing somthing here? been checking it each day since they came out

You only get the ship skins if you first owned a Skinned Ship before the change. If you simply sold them whenever CCP gave them out, or were not around, then you get bugger all.
