I have removed some rule breaking posts and those quoting them. As always I let some edge cases stay.

Watched the video, pity the presenter was suffering from the night before, but from what I could work out it looked very logical and I like very much the direction it was going. I really like the behaviour of the Seekers and Drifters, I really look forward to seeing this applied to the faction navies next, and if that works get rid of CONCORD...

When the going gets tough the Gankers get their CSM rep to change mechanics in their favour.
