Launcher not download the patch

can't log in for 3 days and my account is expiring.
WTF happen here? am I forced to quit or what?

can u access any website while your launcher tries to download the patch?

Have exatcly the same problem using MacOS. Didn't find a resolution yet.

Same here (for PC).
Have tried following all the "solutions" listed on these boards, but nothing has worked so far.
