I think every pod kill not involving a warp bubble should automatically be reimbursed. This is a particularly nasty bug that will annoy a lot of people.

Spamming the warp button during and right after a ship death/pod eject is working normally. Players are of course welcome to file reimbursement tickets for any losses, but they should not assume this is an auto-reimburse.

It is common knowledge in low-sec that your pod can only be lost to user error if you are spamming warp regardless of where your ship was aligned. I'm actually very sure that you can't even get scan resolution high enough to get past this fact. A spam of warp to a celestial should always mean your pod is safe, and I have never lost one unless I personally made a mistake somehow or lagged.

That being said, I lost a rather expensive one the other day to a Cormorant. Under normal circumstances, this would be especially impossible. Unless you've implemented a change in the last few days to specifically address this issue, then you are either stating this is how you intend for the mechanic to work from now on, or, that there is a problem. Because other than smart bombs ect, it is common knowledge that pods (and their implants) are very very safe in low-sec, and it's one of the reasons people choose to fly there.
