skills GONE after patch, who else?

one of my char had 5 hours of training gone without explanation from the skill queue.

In watching this unfold, here's what I know or believe to be true of the rare / limited release / nonimplemented skills as of Crucible 1.1:

General

- DED Connections, a skill that was devised but never seeded or implemented, has been removed from the database. Thanks Devs for cleaning that one up.

"Character Creation" Skills

- Genetic Engineering has been permanently removed from the game. Skillpoints have been reimbursed.

- Mnemonics has been permanently removed from the game. Skillpoints have been reimbursed.

- Black Market Trading remains in the game. Speculation: this skill will eventually be implemented.

Temporarily Seeded but Not Implemented Skills

- Salvage Drone Operation, Mobile Factory Operation, Mobile Refinery Operation, and Astronautic Engineering all remain in the game. Current estimated market values for these skills are in the 4 billion to 10 billion ISK range.

Oddly enought, upon loging for the first time since the new NeoCom update, I was supposed to have a little over 10h of training time left for Quantum Physics IV. The time left for training was both the same on EVEHQ and Aura (Eve online Android App) so it isn't some weird local time de-sync. However, upon logging the skill was immediatly complete.

I had a similar anomaly on my second account with a different skill.

1.7 mil SP is gone ...and i dunno where ...haven't logged in yet to see what happened..but both Aura and Eve Gate tell me i have less SP (although in EVE gate where is says current skills it"s the correct amount i should have, and up where it says Skill points it's the new, lower value )...
I hope we get some sort of refund..or something..or it's petition time again ...
